Vera Nkom, the Wealth Maker, is the Lead Sales and Investment Consultant at Ozera Properties, with over five years of experience in the real estate and sales sectors. She is a Real Estate Investment Strategist, a Business Growth Expert, a speaker, and a Sales Coach/Consultant, who builds and manages highly profitable Real Estate Assets for working professionals, Business Owners, Investors, and Investment firms
As the co-founder of Ozera Solutions the mother company of Ozera Properties, she connects customers to top-notch products and services and works with reputable real estate developers to deliver profitable and cash-flowing real estate investments in and outside Nigeria. She has assets that meet the needs of High Network Individuals, middle-class People, and Low-Income Earners.
She organizes workshops, events, and training on sales and marketing, mindset, and investment, and provides unique real estate investment opportunities. Her goal is to help 1,000,000,000 people globally create wealth using real estate.

Head of Marketing
Temidayo Aworeni is an unusually good Copy Writing Psychologist with over 6 years of experience in guerilla marketing and door-to-door selling, Temidayo has worked with Jurmp Consulting, Allmanners, Rectors Care Foundation, Married and Unmarried Matters International (MUMI), Project Stretch, Kasala App and Assetrise Dominion, AllM&B, Blue Collar Dogs Consulting, The Imoh Essein Learning Institute (TIELI), and developed cash-breathing online and offline sales & marketing systems for them. He is a Co-Founder at Ozera Solutions the mother company of Ozera Properties.
Temidayo hails from the cradle of South West. Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. He is a highly pragmatic entrepreneur who uses real-time data and market trends to make strategic and tactful business and investment decisions.
